Connected

In this one-of-a-kind book, I explore the relationship between my identical twin sister and me through the use of imagery and very sparse text. Whether we're inside the womb, sitting on a sit-and-spin together, or sharing a hug as adults, our figures are connected. The last page, however, shows my sister connected to her new soulmate, her husband. The monoprints for this book were done by using a square of gelatin as a printing surface onto Rives heavyweight paper. Letterpress printed on bugra paper and bound in a hard-cover accordion style.
