Gelatin Monoprints
All of the prints shown on this page are made using one of my favorite printmaking techniques. I first learned this unique method of printing from a plate of colorless, flavorless gelatin in a workshop led by Ellen Knudson (www.crookedletterpress.com). Most prints are completely one-of-a-kind, but it is possible to edition some prints (as evidenced by my Thiebaud series below). All of these prints are on Rives BFK, and are suitable for framing.
