This is an excerpt from one of my favorite novels by a very talented Southern writer named Judson Mitcham. The artwork is a juicy, brightly-colored reduction linoleum block in shades of yellow and green, with two "scratch-negative" drawings printed on top in black and fiery red. Letterpress printed in Walbaum 14 metal types on Mohawk cover-weight paper in December 2004.
